My husband's 10 year high school reunion is coming up (not to mention mine too). Wow that is really crazy!! Anyway we got a flyer with his invitation about a fellow class mate with a very serious disease. Her friends have created a fund to help Jennifer, and would appreciate your help.
Churg-Strauss Syndrome causes fatigue and uncontrollable asthma. Jen's lungs are damaged and she lives on oxygen. She now has anemia and a compromised immune system that is destroying her red blood cells. She requires blood transfusions one to tow times per week. In the past six years, Jennifer has been hospitalized in the intensive care unit too many times to count. Her doctors have asked her to seek treatment at Mayo Clinic, Rochester, Minnesota because this rare disease is only treated in out-of-state hospitals that do not accept her disability coverage.

I just found your blog and read several of your previous entries about your daughter Emily's diagnosis, surgeries, etc. I will definitely be praying for her! What a testimony to the faithfulness of God her story is! I am a medical student and during rounds this morning I just saw a patient who had just had a thyroidectomy. Praise God for your daughter's quick healing time. I'll be praying for her! God bless!
I will be praying for Jen, and that the illness goes into remission. Ive never heard of it before so I had to read about it.

Sadie poo ~ Scott and I most likely will not be going to either of ours. While yes it would be nice to see some old friends/classmates I pretty much know where or at least how to get in contact with our closer friends. Scott's reunion is asking 60$ to go and mine is 100$, YIKES is right!!! We don't have that kind of money. Also it doesn't sound like much fun to me to see all the mean people either and walk down that memory lane, OY!

I saw your prayer request on another blog and felt that I should stop over. I'm so sorry to hear of this mother's struggle. Dealing with a chronic illness and being a parent can definitely be overwhelming but it's so heartwarming to read about the blog communities standing by and giving. I will surely include her in my prayers and will donate what we can.

with munchuasens and all of this hard work for her benefit was for not.this money is fraud the sick part is her parents knew she had this mental illness and still let the benefit go on as far as im concered they are even bigger crooks. jennifer tried to kill herself twice now all the money from the benefit is for an attorney to try and get custudy of her son back after his father was granted custody, because of her actions so if your going to pray for her, pray for gods forgivness for her sins and asker to return everyone hard earned money by oct 15th the account at harris bank closes
More like too bad people make baseless accusations anonymously on blogs.
Why are we suppose to believe anything an anonymous person posts without a SINGLE SHRED OF EVIDENCE? If what you are saying is true why not say a) who you are or b) how you came about this information. Until we get one or the other your anonymous comments are really not welcome here.

Sorry you have to deal with this. Ignorant people are trying to take matters in their own hands. And she did call me. However, she couldnt provide any information to prove it. Nor a court document or number to attorney. Nor her name. So as far as Im concerned... Its a bitter girl who is going to get sued for slander and much worse. For some of the info she did say is correct, it is also highly confidential and with the HIPPA laws, she has now bound her self into a LOT of trouble. I have already contacted an attorney about this harrassment. And if you are reading this Miss Pepper-Miller if that is your REAL name.... do yourself a favor and mind your own business.

Wow! I laugh at anonymous. She speaks ignorance and can't prove her "findings." I spoke with sources today that say her findings are not truthful. And from there I contacted an attorney regarding her bashing Jenny's medical conditions & breaking any confidentiality.
"She" states she works in the medical field. So if any truth is in the matter and she found that in medical records from her place of employment, then she will be terminated. AND I say.... IF there is truth....
And also.... she can't know too much about HIPPA laws.... if she speaks of my blog or even your blog Crystal... Because all information regarding Jenny's condition with Churgas Strauss is a known condition that was released and approved by family. That flier was made for that reason. So no violation is made.
Also… My blog is private… So I’m not sure what she’s talking about.
The flier is being passed on by HUNDREDS of people because they know how sick Jenny is.
All the other slander that is spoken of IS hear say.
So its been narrowed down who this "ANONYMOUS" person is. And all I have to say is that they need to stop thinking they are doing it for everyone’s behalf. If you can't state who you are.... You have no reason to speak. Because ultimately... you’re too chicken to identify yourself. Or your findings. Speaking words that can’t be proved or backed up are just that… WORDS.
What exactly do YOU have to lose? Since you’re the one initiating the lawsuit?? So then wouldn’t you be named then?? What do you have to gain from trying to disparage a good person? A good person who is REALLY sick.
And lets say your accusations are true and she is mentally ill…. Which I do not know anything of that matter…. But IF she was ill…. What business is that of yours?
Your speaking of her slashing her wrists and all this other stuff is inappropriate. And has nothing to do with the medical condition of Churgass Strauss.
Regardless, she has fought the Churgass Strauss Syndrome…. And in the end… She has nearly lost the battle of it. Not because of a so-called Mental illness. But because it’s a life threatening disease! Please educate yourself! Until you live a day in the shoes of Jenny’s stop writing blogs trying to diminish her name.

And if you claim you have written facts (that aren’t true) possibly libel as well.

If it is true, then when the time comes and presents those “facts” to me.. I will address that then. Because I as well as my family donated money to this fund. Anonymous thinks I had something to do with taking people money fraudulently. If I did. Do you honestly think I would donate my own hard earned money… Or write so passionately of something of such a serious nature. The fliers that were attached to our reunion were sent out in good faith and from what I know… Are the REAL FACTS. Not this garbage anonymous speaks of.
